    MINIMUMS

    We have a minimum opening order of $150, and a $50 minimum reorder.  You can order an combination of items to reach these minimums.  

    Upon checkout, you will notice that each item has a minimum order requirement to meet.  Just adjust your quantities using the - + to the right of the item in the cart and choose 'Update Cart.'  

    LEAD TIME + SHIPPING

    Lead time varies but we typically ship orders within 5 business days of the dates the order is placed.  You will receive an email with tracking from USPS once the item has shipped.  In the event that you order an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email with the ETA of that item.  We will ship everything that is currently in stock in your order and ship the out of stock item(s) once we receive it.  You will only pay shipping once and will get a tracking number for each shipment.  It may take up to 3 weeks to receive an out of stock item.  

    Drop us an email us if you need any rush shipping for price and availability.  We do our best to accommodate.  Items are shipped from Atlanta, GA via USPS.  You will received a tracking number once your item has shipped.   

    PAYMENTS

    Payments are required at time of purchase through our shopping cart checkout.  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  We are not able to see your credit card info.  We use Stripe as our secure payment system.  You can visit their website for details.  Once you create a Wholesale account with us you will receive a login to purchase prints at wholesale price.

    * We do not offer Net 30 accounts at this time. 

    RETURNS

    Returns must be made within 7 days or delievery.  We will refund product purchase amount but not shipping charges.  Returned items must be in condition they were received.  Send us an email for details.  

    DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

    Please double check your address to ensure proper shipping address.  We cannot replace items that have shipped to the wrong address as the addresses are automatically uploaded from your order form.  If USPS has damaged your item, please let us know within 3 days of receipt so we can work together to sort it out with USPS.  Please keep your package for evidence and a photo of damaged goods is also handy.

    PACKAGING  

    Your prints will come all ready to display in a clear sleeve with cardboard backing. You will have to price the prints for your own shop.  

    INTERNATIONAL 

    We do not offer International shipments at this time.
